Return, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy
At Red Line Graphix, we strive to provide you with the highest quality car decals and customer service. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns: We accept returns on unused and undamaged items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, and it must be in its original packaging.
2. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
3. Exchanges: If you received a defective or damaged item, or if you simply want to exchange your item for a different design, please contact our customer support team at contact@redlinegraphix.com within 30 days of purchase to arrange an exchange. We’ll be happy to assist you in finding the right replacement.
4. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom decals (unless they are defective or damaged)
- Items that are not in their original condition or packaging
- Decals that have been used or applied
- Gift cards (all sales of gift cards are final and non-refundable)
5. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at contact@redlinegraphix.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.
7. Refund Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
